Never removed from the box! I opened the top flaps but can see that you can't remove the doll without damaging the inside of the box, so I can tell it has never been removed. The box has a bit of wear damage on the corners and one seam has separated, as you can see in my photos.
The last photo of the doll out of the box is another one that I have. Posted just to show what it looks like.
